- Cards — a gallery with a prominent shoot line and an urgency-colored countdown (“Shoots in 3 days”, “Shooting now”, “Wrapped”).
- Calendar — a month-by-month scroll with each production drawn across its shoot window, colored by readiness. Weeks start Monday.
- Archive — wrapped productions roll into a searchable, paginated table.

Clear-to-shoot readiness
Each production shows how many agreements are executed, how many are still out, and what's blocked in counsel — counted against the shoot date. It's the single number that tells you whether a production is safe to roll.
