Every retained production lives on the Productions screen — the home screen. View them as cards, a sortable list, or a scrolling shoot calendar — always ordered by what shoots next — with the firm's email desk one tab over.
Views
- Cards — a gallery with a prominent shoot line, an urgency-colored countdown (“Shoots in 3 days”, “Shooting now”), and the Needs You chips.
- List — the same slate as a sortable table.
- Calendar — a month-by-month scroll with each production drawn across its shoot window, colored by readiness. Weeks start Monday.
- Email — the firm-wide correspondence desk: every message in and out, a split-pane reader with search, and reply or follow-up sent from the firm's own address.
- Archive — wrapped productions roll into a searchable, paginated table.

Clear-to-shoot readiness
Each production shows how many agreements are executed, how many are still out, and what's blocked in counsel — counted against the shoot date. It's the single number that tells you whether a production is safe to roll.
