Anatomy of the page

• Header actions — shoot-day view, the producer contact, the prodco portal link, and archive. On mobile these collapse into a compact menu.
• Readiness — the clear-to-shoot meter and what's blocking it.
• Kickoff — the draft note to the producer, until intake is underway.
• Roster — everyone on the production, in two views (below).
• Activity feed — a running history. Hover a person in the roster to filter the feed to just their history.

Two ways to work the roster

Triage is the default: it groups everyone by what needs a decision, so a 200-person production still shows you the handful that matter.

• Action required — a decision is due: an open escalation, a returned redline, or a missing supporting document (a location's proof of authority, a minor's birth certificate).
• Out for signature — sent and awaiting a signature.
• Cleared and Routine — extras & crew — collapsed to a count; the bulk that flows on its own.

Each item is a card with a plain reason and the right action — Review, Nudge, Redline, Upload. Above-the-line people are tagged so they surface first. Browse all switches to the full sortable table when you want the whole list.
