Language & jurisdiction

How BALA picks the right language and the right form for each production.

2 min read

Every production is tagged with a jurisdiction — Mexico, the United States, or Colombia — and the template, currency, e-signature basis, and language all key off it, chosen for you rather than toggled by hand.

Agreements are generated bilingually, with the jurisdiction's language leading: Spanish-primary for Mexico and Colombia, English-primary for the US, with the other language alongside. The right form and the right signing evidence follow the jurisdiction automatically, and producer messaging follows suit — WhatsApp is the default channel for Mexico.

Interface language

The workspace itself can be switched between English and Spanish from the header, independent of the paper a production generates.
