Producer approvals, by message
How business sign-off is collected by message — and the line the concierge never crosses.

Business terms — chiefly above-the-line deals and rates above the market automation threshold — need the producer's sign-off. Rather than another login, BALA's concierge reaches the producer on whatever channel works — WhatsApp, text, or email — asks the question, and records the answer against the production.
What the concierge does
- Presents as Business & Legal Affairs' assistant.
- Asks the producer a specific approval question.
- Captures the answer and logs it against the deal.
What it never does
Records, doesn't author
The concierge never impersonates the firm's people, never speaks as counsel, and never manufactures an approval. It records a decision the producer makes; it does not make the decision.
If a producer can't be reached by message, the web Approvals view is the fallback — the same decision, captured the same way.
