We’re retained, the production is set up
Once a production company brings us on, we set up the production and hand the producer an intake address and a portal link. Deliberate, never self-serve.
Cast & crew come in
The producer sends cast and crew details to the intake address. We read the message and its attachments — call sheets, rosters, licenses — and build the roster.
We issue the paper
For each person, we generate the right agreement and send it for signature. Above-the-line deals and high rates go to the producer for a quick text sign-off; genuinely legal exceptions — a redline, a minor — go to counsel.
